Job Summary
Lead the store’s Catering Team and work closely with catering clients. Manage the daily execution of all catering orders and complete daily sales-building tasks to promote growth of the catering program. Sell HAPPY by delivering hospitality-focused guest experiences, connecting with guests, and driving catering opportunities. Strong emphasis on customer service, team leadership, and the ability to grow the catering program; includes tips participation and bi-weekly pay. Full-time schedule available Monday–Friday in Encinitas, CA.
