Job Summary
Lead the overnight catering kitchen shift from 7PM to 4AM, ensuring smooth operations, timely meal delivery, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain a hygienic work environment, manage equipment preventive maintenance, and fill in where needed to meet service requirements. Report punctually, assist during emergencies, and uphold professional standards with all team members and management. Required Qualifications
- Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
- Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Must be able to work overnight shift hours
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual
