Job Summary
Set up and arrange tables, chairs, serving stations, lines, tableware, and silverware for catered events. Ensure the venue remains clean and orderly throughout the service by replenishing items, maintaining a tidy work area, and transporting food and equipment. Welcome every customer personally with eye contact while answering questions about products. Follow HMS operational policies for menu management, food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Store leftover products according to standards. Requires occasional lifting up to 40 lbs, constant standing, and teamwork. Hallmark Management provides onsite residential dining, catering, and retail operations featuring made-from-scratch meals.
