Job Summary
Manage hospitality experiences through daily meal execution and snack programs by setting up and breaking down services, replenishing lines, and maintaining a clean environment. Assist with food transportation to and from the onsite delivery dock, including loading and unloading vans. Monitor and record time and temperature for safety, send detailed end-of-service reports, and help with signage. Cross-train in basic culinary techniques as needed to support the team. Work Monday through Friday from 10am to 2:30pm with availability required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a hospitality environment with a passion for food & people
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication & patience
- Attendance & punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs
- Ability to be self-sufficient & make sound decisions on-the-fly
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and support with loading items in and out of van
- Understanding & knowledge of safety, sanitation & food handling procedures
- Basic Food Handler Certification
- Smart Phone Mobile device required for daily communications
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (docs, spreadsheets, google docs, etc.)
- Good knowledge of local products, producers and farms
