Job Summary
The Catering Server is responsible for providing high levels of hospitality at catered events, serving food and beverage, and supporting the management team. Key responsibilities include maintaining buffet services, assisting with various catering setups, and ensuring prompt customer service throughout events.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2 years or more of experience in Catering and Events or related field
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Providing exceptional service to our guests during events
- Must be willing to pitch in with other departments based on business need
- Must be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to pass Canterbury Park’s pre-employment screening which includes a criminal background check and verification of work history
- Must be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
