Operate and maintain equipment according to safety regulations, restock operating supplies including china, dishes, and condiments, and reset tables with silverware, tablecloths, and glassware. Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by guiding staff in a productive manner, enforcing compliance with health, food, and fire safety policies, and managing inventory levels. Requires one year of experience in high-end banquet and event management, valid First Aid and CPR certification, and a Smart Server credential.
