Job Summary
Set up and manage catering and buffet lines while ensuring safe food handling, sanitation, and allergen protocols are followed. Communicate clearly with guests about dish ingredients and maintain a well-groomed appearance with a clean, pressed uniform. Multitask in a fast-paced environment, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds while standing for extended periods. Submit a valid Food Handlers Card and maintain a clean driving record. - Strong time management and organizational skills
- General food knowledge enabling the staff to communicate the ingredients in a dish
- Basic knowledge of food allergens and food safety
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Basic catering and buffet line management knowledge
- Strong physical stamina, lifting and carrying 30 lbs. or more and standing for periods of time
- Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds
- Valid Food Handlers Card
