Job Summary
Lead reactive groups and events teams by delivering training on Hoxton brand standards across quoting, contracting, and planning. Forecast and report on revenues to drive conversion strategies while managing booking systems for tracking enquiries, contracts, invoices, and payments. Develop product knowledge to support operational handovers and prioritize client relationship building to secure repeat business. Act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the Director of Sales & Marketing on initiatives to maximize conversion and hit targets. Join an innovative hospitality concept opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Bengaluru City in 2026, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative culture focused on exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within reactive sales in groups or events within hotels in a leadership role
- Someone who gets a kick out of converting sales, with a track record of beating targets
- Experience using a system like Opera
