Job Summary
The Catering Sales Manager at Sodexo Live! is responsible for directing catering sales, creating unique dining experiences, managing a sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of events at the New Orleans Convention Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hotel/restaurant management or a related field
- Proven experience in catering sales or event management
- Strong knowledge of food and wine for menu development
- Proven ability to work effectively with staff and management
