Job Summary
Catering Sales Manager responsible for generating catering revenue through planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings, conferences, and group events. Acts as primary liaison between clients and hotel operations to ensure service delivery aligned with brand standards and Caribbean hospitality. Key duties include soliciting and securing catering business, developing proposals and budgets, coordinating event logistics and BEOs, managing client relationships, cross-functional coordination with F&B, Banquets, Culinary, Engineering and Front Office, and maintaining CRM records. Requires strong sales acumen, organizational and project management abilities, bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred), and ability to lead multiple events in a fast-paced resort environment. On-site presence required during events; flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays are possible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of catering sales, conference services, or hotel event management experience

- Experience in a resort or Caribbean market preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficiency with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera) and Microsoft Office
