Catering Sales Manager OEM/HM

Sell social catering events, service accounts, and develop leads for assigned markets while negotiating contracts and banquet orders. Plan and oversee every booked event, anticipating group problems and providing solutions. Achieve sales goals by tracking budgeted revenue and generating business. Submit guest checks, payments, and master folios to accounting and coordinate changes with the Executive Chef and Banquets department. Represent the property at trade association meetings to promote the hotel and secure future business.
