Job Summary
Manage daily catering operations by answering client inquiries on menu details, conducting follow-up calls, and resolving food quality or service complaints. Organize and execute daily events in coordination with the Director of Catering Sales while maintaining documented sales information to drive revenue. Coordinate with Banquet and Accounting departments to process BEO requests and address client needs efficiently. Report for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, adhering to organizational policies and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years experience in catering operations
- Customer service experience in a hotel or country club
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional organization skills
