Job Summary
Manage daily catering operations by answering client inquiries on menu details, coordinating with the Director of Catering Sales, and executing event logistics. Conduct phone calls with catering clients, resolve food quality and service complaints, and maintain documented sales information to drive revenue. Collaborate with departments like Accounting and Banquet Management to process BEO requests and ensure smooth facility layouts. Report for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to club policies and resolving conflicts promptly.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years experience in catering operations
- Customer service experience in a hotel or country club
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Hospitality career focus
- Must be driven
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be dedicated
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to Member/Guests satisfaction
- Computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of POS systems or catering programs
- Knowledge of preparing invoices and filing systems
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays
