Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of catering production to ensure flawless event execution. Prepare orders for clients, manage deliveries, conduct follow-up and account maintenance calls, and assist with placing new catering orders. Drive business growth by helping clients place orders while maintaining focus on accuracy and customer service. Requires a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Shifts are primarily daytime Tuesday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand frequently
- Ability to walk frequently
- Ability to kneel frequently
- Ability to squat frequently

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be available for shifts primarily Tuesday thru Saturday
