Catering Prep Worker

As a Catering Prep Worker, you’ll be responsible for preparing and organizing all items for next-day catering deliveries, following a customized checklist to accurately assemble, package, and label food, beverages, and supplies. You’ll restock inventory, communicate nightly updates to the Director of Catering, maintain a clean and organized prep area in line with food safety guidelines, and track/capture completed work with photos and notes. This evening-focused role emphasizes structured, independent work in a fast-paced kitchen, with duties including reviewing catering invoices, prepping and portioning items, labeling and storing supplies, and assisting with occasional delivery-team communication.
