Job Summary
As a Catering Operations Site Lead, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, conduct pre-shift tasks, delegate shift responsibilities, and ensure Zerocater standards are exceeded with every meal. You’ll act as an executive decision-maker around meal issues, schedule On-Site Specialists to shadow current staff, and maintain consistent quality and service levels. The role requires leading a hospitality-forward team in a customer-facing environment, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. The position demands physical capability (lift at least 40 pounds; stand/walk for 3-4 hours; able to kneel, crouch, and bend) and is scheduled Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00am–3:30pm, on a set weekly roster with potential for additional shifts. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, plus a $15 monthly cell phone stipend, and 401k matching vesting immediately. 18+ years of age required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a team lead or management position with a background in hospitality, food service, or similar customer-facing role.
