Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations at Notting Hill & Ealing High School, managing a small team to deliver fresh, high-quality meals for pupils, staff, and visitors. Oversee menu planning, stock control, and supplier relationships while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and safeguarding policies. Champion allergen controls and foster a positive working environment through collaboration with the school community. This role is part of Holroyd Howe's contract catering service for independent schools, offering 40 working weeks, a £40,000 annual salary, and 28 days holiday.
Required Qualifications
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience as a Chef Manager or similar role within contract catering
- Ideally the Independent Education sector
- Strong kitchen management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, allergen management, and sustainability best practices
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a Barred List check
