Job Summary
Create and revise Banquet Event Orders with leadership to confirm menus, timing, and staffing needs. Conduct pre-event inspections of the function space, meet with clients to review itineraries, and lead pre-shift lineups to assign tasks and set service expectations. Supervise premium servers, monitor food presentation and garnishes, enforce responsible alcohol service, and address guest concerns promptly. Complete closing duties including Captain's Reports, ensure staff finish side-work, and maintain cleanliness in front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on food service, banquet service, or premium food arena
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary, or business
