Job Summary
Prepare, pour, and maintain the temperature of hot chocolate for the Polar Express Train Ride while managing the "Hot Chocolate Factory" to ensure staff follow proper food handling procedures. Restock supplies from the warehouse, transport them to the production area, and maintain a clean workstation. Manage catering staff to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to local and state health guidelines by assigning daily duties, monitoring performance, providing direction and coaching, and communicating operational concerns to the Special Events Coordinator. Work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended seasonal hours, standing and lifting up to 40 pounds in varying weather conditions. Prior food service and management experience are preferred.
