Catering & Group Dining Administrator

Job Summary
Manage Group Dining inquiries from initial lead through contracting and turnover, including proposals, availability, pricing, and client communication. Independently evaluate requests to make decisions on space, menus, minimums, and operational feasibility while escalating exceptions. Prepare banquet event orders, resumes, and change notices for resort departments, and maintain accurate event and account data in Delphi systems. Coordinate execution with Culinary, Banquets, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues and protect revenue. Generate production and revenue reports to support leadership decisions on process improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling correspondence, appointments, and site inspections. This salaried role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be at least 21 years of age

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Delphi or other similar catering sales systems
- Working knowledge of Tripleseat or other event management software
- Catering software knowledge
- CRM software knowledge
