Catering Field Coordinator

Catering Field Coordinator with City Barbeque requires coordinating and supervising catering events (full-service and drop-off), scheduling hourly teammates and catering associates, and acting as lead for events when needed. Responsible for planning staffing with the Catering Operations Manager, ensuring on-time and accurate orders, preparing paperwork (invoices, drop sheets, contracts, tax-exempt docs), maintaining calendars and communication with restaurant management, and ensuring equipment and work areas are clean and organized. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Background check; strong communication, time management, and integrity are essential.
