Catering Expo – Raymond James Stadium

Operate the assigned event area on game day to support concessions, suites, and premium areas. Lead pre-shift briefings with the Runner and Warehouse Supervisor, communicate event details per the banquet event order, and ensure all ordered food items arrive to designated locations. Coordinate with the Runner Supervisor to deliver food to correct locations, enforce Legends Service Standards, and maintain Uniform and Grooming Guidelines. Track temperature logs for hot boxes and walk-ins, and submit event documentation to the Catering Manager. Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, exceptional guest service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must maintain high standards of food service and guest satisfaction, and comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications. Availability for extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, and for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games, USF Games, and major stadium events. Must be able to lift ~50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods, with safety training and adherence to procedures; equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
