Job Summary
The Catering & Events Coordinator role supports the Catering & Events department in planning, organization, and execution of hotel catering functions. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event reports, and event resumes; assisting with lead intake and contract processing; coordinating with internal departments and external vendors; maintaining knowledge of property features and daily operations; producing routine reports; and ensuring seamless on-site events through effective communication and organization. Requires a high school diploma and strong verbal/written communication skills; hospitality or events experience and familiarity with Delphi and Opera systems are preferred. The position demands flexibility in scheduling and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
