Job Summary
Coordinate catering orders with sales clerks and execute timely deliveries while maintaining constant communication regarding delivery times or issues. Handle each customer transaction with a courteous greeting and thank-you, ensuring proper service at the delivery location. Control order storage and shipping to limit shrink, keep the delivery van clean and organized, and maintain accurate maintenance records for gas and equipment. Notify management of customer complaints, security problems, or product issues, and correct any unsafe road or lifting conditions observed. Exercise proper safety practices when lifting up to 50 lbs or moving products, and adhere to food handling and hand-washing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
