Job Summary
Check catering orders using a checklist 30 minutes before departure, map routes, and deliver within a 30-minute window, aiming for the final 15 minutes. Set up orders per customer requests, photograph completed deliveries, and notify coordinators of delays. Return to the restaurant with paperwork and tips for reporting. Clock out after submitting all documentation. Flexible scheduling allows text-based order acceptance the day prior.
