Job Summary
Check catering orders against a checklist upon arrival 30 minutes prior to departure, ensuring all items are present before leaving. Map routes and deliver orders within a 30-minute window, aiming for the final 15 minutes, while completing customer-specific set-up instructions. Capture a photo of each completed order and send it to the catering coordinator or manager. Notify leadership immediately of any unforeseen circumstances causing delays. Return to the restaurant with paperwork and tips for reporting and clock out. Occasionally assist with restaurant-level order completion as needed.
