Job Summary
Catering Crew responsible for preparing and serving Alaskan seafood and related menu items aboard tour vessels, with duties across kitchen prep, cooking side dishes and desserts, inventory and sanitation, bar/retail/lodge service support, and guest assistance. Must adhere to health and safety regulations, maintain consistent quality of recipes, handle coffee/tea beverages, and participate in special projects as needed. Role requires flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays during the tour season, and candidates should have 1+ year in food service, Alaska TAP and food-handlers certifications, USCG CPR/First Aid, and pass background and DOT drug testing. Emphasis on safety, hospitality, teamwork, and alignment with Alaska Native cultural values.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1+ year in food service with progressively responsible positions.
- Must have/obtain current certifications for Alaska Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAP), Alaska Food Handlers Card, and USCG approved CPR/First Aid certification.
- Must pass a security background check and DOT drug test.
