Job Summary
Coordinate Hy-Vee's catering services, setting department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and profitability. Lead the development of contracts for exclusive Hy-Vee caterings, manage pricing, invoicing, and multi-department coordination (kitchen, bakery, delicatessen), and handle customer communications, order detail creation, and event planning activities such as showroom events. Oversee department employees, maintain food safety and storage procedures, assist customers with product selection and service, and support store management in achieving department goals and delivering a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of similar or related work experience
