Job Summary
Catering Coordinator at Panera: Own the success of our catering operations, communicate with and support catering customers, manage the production of catering orders and deliver orders to customer events, and use marketing and sales skills to generate new catering business. Participate in community marketing events and contribute to Panera’s culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills to ensure timely and high-quality catering experiences, with a focus on food safety and health safety, and growth opportunities within the Panera team.
Required Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years of age & able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license & insurance.
- Excellent communication & organizational & time-management skills.
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday 5AM-2PM (availability)
