Responsibilities include reporting, filing, answering phones, processing invoices, managing schedules, distributing meeting minutes, updating communications and postings, handling routine letters and correspondence, entering and retrieving information in computer databases, and communicating guest requests/complaints to appropriate personnel. The position requires excellent customer service, team collaboration, ability to handle confidential information, strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, timely completion of tasks, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
