Catering Cook - Durango

Plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure high-quality service and guest experiences. Display teamwork to maintain an organized workspace and maintain company cooking standards across assigned stations. Perform basic functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items such as baked goods. This role supports Station Casinos' Durango destination by providing approachable luxury hospitality. Minimum one to two years culinary experience preferred, with the ability to obtain all required work cards.
