Job Summary
Catering Cook at Cotton Culinary responsible for leading meal execution and preparing high-quality dishes for large-scale banquets and events. Hands-on cooking, supervising kitchen activities, ensuring quality and presentation, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsible for inventory input and compliance with safety/health regulations, and serving as main client contact during events. Requires 2-5 years of commercial cooking experience, ability to travel nationwide, valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and food safety standards; demonstrated leadership to motivate a team. On-site/onsite location in Katy, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of commercial cooking experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability and availability to travel nationwide
