Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank all customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and business-like manner while handling various sales and service functions at the catering desk. Coordinate store-level orders for customer pickup, manage delivery scheduling and driver coordination, and oversee outsourced vendors for service and equipment rentals. Process computer order entry, manage daily order invoicing, and coordinate direct billing with the office manager. Generate daily checklists, process sales and billing reports, and maintain equipment logs with scheduled recovery. Practice proper sanitation procedures, ensure a safe work environment, and notify management of theft or safety hazards. Successfully complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Complete training in catering operations
- Demonstrate capability to interact with customers, vendors and associates
- Pleasant phone manners
- Sales motivated
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
- Valid Massachusetts License
