Job Summary
Catering Bartender position at SSA Group supporting Riverbanks Zoo & Garden. Responsibilities include delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences; overseeing quality and inventory of bar products; addressing guest needs and resolving complaints; setting up, executing, breaking down and cleaning bars for events; contributing to productivity of banquet events; applying bartending knowledge and safety practices to guest service; performing physical task related to event setup and teardown; maintaining a professional appearance and clear communication with leaders, guests, and staff; promoting inclusion and sustainability efforts within the team; and supporting company policies while ensuring a safe, organized work environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, adaptability in a fast-paced setting, ability to operate event equipment, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and availability for varied hours including nights and weekends. Previous bartending or event industry experience is a plus; all education backgrounds eligible.

- Operate all equipment necessary for job duties
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs

- Bartending and/or event industry experience is a plus
