Read and understand banquet event orders to provide fine-dining-level food and beverage service consistent with established standards. Setup and maintain food and beverage stations across various locations while managing inventory for both stations. Initiate and maintain friendly, professional contact with guests to anticipate and meet their needs, responding to simple inquiries or complaints. Participate in setup and cleanup of service items, ensuring all event areas and front-of-house staging remain tidy and organized. Reset spaces for subsequent events and store equipment appropriately after service. Work independently during slower periods while maintaining a customer-focused, positive attitude. This role requires consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to lift heavy objects, including carrying at least eight entrees per tray. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
