Job Summary
Deliver warm and memorable experiences for guests while overseeing quality and inventory during catered events. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest needs, resolving complaints, executing setup and breakdown of events, and supporting the Catering Supervisor and Operations Manager. Required skills include strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Experience in catering or event industry is a plus.

- Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to handle boxes up to 35lbs
