Catering Associate

Catering Associate to support the preparation and execution of catering services for events and functions. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, set-up, and service both on-site and off-site; coordinating buffets, plated meals, and beverage stations; providing courteous guest service; maintaining cleanliness and organization of catering areas; loading, transporting, and unloading food and supplies; following food safety guidelines and company procedures; assisting with inventory control and communicating needs or shortages to supervisors; and performing additional tasks as assigned by the Catering Supervisor or Manager. Requires strong communication and teamwork skills, the ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs).
