Job Summary
Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed. Provide excellent customer service by remaining attentive throughout the customer journey, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Collaborate with all staff to maintain smooth kitchen and dining operations while upholding health and safety regulations and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness in all areas and adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented perspective. This role requires previous experience in food service, knowledge of food safety practices, and a passion for hospitality. Full-time 40-hour schedule from 6:30 to 15:00 Monday to Friday at Raheen Industrial Estate, Limerick.
