Job Summary
Ensure all production, service, and presentation of food meets standards while carrying out catering activities within budget. Purchase supplies through agreed suppliers and immediately act on any comments regarding the catering operation. Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act and cover all duties during the Cook's absence. Assist within nursery rooms as advised by the Nursery Manager or the Cook.
