Job Summary
Conduct food preparation including washing, chopping, portioning, assembling, and plating meals while assisting with meal service and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and receive deliveries to keep operations running smoothly. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures and create a welcoming experience for participants, staff, and guests by jumping in wherever the team needs support. Work alongside the Chef and Catering Manager to ensure every group receives a great dining experience, with no split shifts and fair weekend rostering.

- No split shifts

- Meals provided while you're working onsite
