Job Summary
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the onsite café and catering services, ensuring employees receive outstanding service and quality food offerings. Key responsibilities include food preparation and presentation, serving customers and operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, dishwashing and general kitchen duties, stock replenishment and basic food handling, and supporting the wider catering team as required. You should have recent experience as a Catering Assistant, knowledge of food service, pride in presentation, and the ability to communicate with staff, management, and customers. You must be able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment and have access to the site (car/licence) or be able to reach the location. Australian work rights are required.
