Job Summary
Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Catering Department, preparing and distributing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event packets for game days, concerts, and special events. Coordinate supply orders for boxed lunches and linens, maintain digital inventory records, and process purchase requests and invoices. Assist with end-of-month inventory counts, event diagrams, and onboarding coordination for new employees. Communicate operational updates to internal departments and support managers during events by responding to administrative needs. Maintain organization of the catering office and verify warehouse deliveries. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and all Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in hospitality, catering, food and beverage, sports, or event management
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality or event environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and support operational teams
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games and major stadium events
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching as needed
- Follow and promote all company safety policies and procedures, including completion of required safety training
