Category Strategy Support Manager - GFR

Job Summary
Develop impactful presentations and communications to drive partner alignment and decision-making while supporting demand planning, organizational change, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Handle tactical categories end-to-end, including strategy, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery, by monitoring performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive standardization of category processes and lead supplier performance management activities, including reviews, risk assessments, and improvement plans. Build strong supplier relationships to ensure service excellence and contract compliance, while optimizing SAP Ariba buying channels and resolving cross-functional issues. Operate on a shift basis (Shift A or Shift B) with flexibility required, working in a hybrid office/remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work either: Shift A (ASPAC/EU): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM MYT, or Shift B (ASPAC/US): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM MYT
- An undergraduate degree (ideally in procurement or business) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in Indirect Procurement is required
- Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment
- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation
