Category & Store Solutions Consulting Lead

Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions including performance UAT with the client and as part of a large team environment. Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels. Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities. Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback. Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Science teams to resolve challenges and ensure relevant products and solutions are proposed, built, and delivered.
