Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of assigned categories including direct and indirect procurement for tank terminals, engineering works, capital projects, logistics, and general services. Conduct supply market analysis, develop country annual contracting plans, and execute strategic sourcing principles to drive sustainable cost savings. Lead negotiations, write contracts, and oversee supplier performance monitoring while developing metrics to hold suppliers accountable. Ensure end-to-end procurement compliance, provide P2P training, and act as a procurement advisor to implement global initiatives locally. Set annual cost improvement targets, track results, and collaborate with stakeholders to explore efficiency opportunities and drive synergy in enterprise sourcing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related fields
- At least 5 years of Procurement experience
- Experience with category management covering category planning, contract management, supplier management and possess strong negotiation skills
- Experience in developing / applying total cost ownership (TCO), should cost modeling and other category management techniques in strategic sourcing
- Knowledge in commercial and financial analysis associated with procurement activities
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Procurement experience in terminal and/or blend plant environment
- E-Procurement knowledge - SAP capability
