Job Summary
Resolve vendor tickets daily and weekly in line with service level agreements. Set up and implement promotions per category manager direction. Onboard new vendors and SKUs while troubleshooting issues and raising concerns as needed. Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog, and promotion teams to support broader category strategies. Deliver high-quality service as the primary point of contact for vendors to craft positive experiences. This role requires a BS/BA degree, one year of experience in eCommerce or account management, and strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL proficiency.
