Job Summary
Hybrid role based out of our Atlanta office focusing on sourcing and negotiating cost-efficient solutions within assigned product categories. Responsibilities include driving cost savings via supplier negotiations, supporting MLA opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Product Management to confirm customer requirements (including interpretation of engineering documentation/CAD drawings and determining technical specs), identifying and assessing suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, and sharing insights on supplier performance. The role also entails training teammates, developing tools and processes for efficiency, and utilizing ERS, Salesforce, Oracle UniSCORE, Cost Insight Tool, Smartsheet, and other systems. Manage New Item Requests and New Supplier Requests, respond to field inquiries, monitor daily performance metrics, and support onboarding of new category strategies. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Work experience: 3-5 years; Skills include sourcing, negotiating, contracting, supplier management, data analysis, and strong communication. This is a hybrid position based in Sandy Springs, GA (USA).
