Job Summary
Execute global sourcing strategies for Grains, PET, Gifts, Shippers, and Cans categories while managing over $120M in spend. Negotiate major commercial agreements, resolve supplier disputes, and lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies. Evaluate supplier performance, manage vendor onboarding and renewals, and process purchase orders and invoices. Prepare annual pricing forecasts and partner on New Product Development for acquired brands. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of sourcing experience, and proficiency in SAP Purchasing. Involves up to 20% travel and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years in sourcing/supply chain
- Proven negotiation and influence skills
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities
- High organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems
- SAP Purchasing module
- Contract management
- Hands-on experience with CPG high-end printed packaging, structural/graphics development, or printing processes
