Job Summary
Category & Planning Manager at Mondelēz International in Guangzhou, China. You will define and develop in-store standards for primary shelf and secondary placement aligned with category and brand strategy, tailor to each retail environment, and lead end‐to‐end delivery of displays. Utilize harmonized displays and design simplification principles, maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate project status, track Perfect Store KPIs, identify distribution opportunities, and execute action plans. Provide fast-track support with analysis, revisions, sign‐offs, and monitoring of priorities with Category Planning and activation; manage all activities within budgets. Bring experience in key accounts and distribution, category knowledge, project management in a supply chain or commercial context, strong analytical skills, organizational and prioritization abilities, problem solving, and teamwork.
