Job Summary
Develop assortment, execute merchandising strategy, and implement plans for Dollar Tree stores by consulting on category strategy and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial targets. Define product selection for banners, channels, countries, and departments while collaborating with Global Sourcing to identify new supply sources, select vendors, and negotiate costs. Manage vendor relationships, select promotional products, and sign off on plan-o-guides, display guides, and flow guides prior to store communication. Conduct weekly business reviews and monthly P&L performance reviews, lead and mentor the Category Team, and identify business and systems improvement initiatives.
